How it works.

My structured approach is clear and combines accountability and problem-solving to help you work smarter, not harder, while achieving significant progress and impact in your business.

1. Onboarding and kick-off We'll have a call to get to know one another and set intentions. It's a chance for me to understand what makes you tick and how you work best. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach so the more I know about you, the better I can support your style of working.

2. Weekly Goal-Setting Call (Start of week) Start your week with clarity. Together, we’ll set the right goals and measurable KPIs to focus on during the week. You’ll have a clear plan of action and clear path to achieving them.

3. Midweek Progress Check (Mid-week) I'll help you stay on track via a quick check-in. You'll share your progress, flag any blockers, and receive get advice to keep you on track.

4. Weekly Review & Problem-Solving Call (End of week) End the week with reflection and celebration. We’ll review what you’ve accomplished, address roadblocks, and celebrate wins. We’ll also start to think about your approach for the week ahead so you get ahead of the game.
